We have just concluded on both the sale of one property and the purchase of our new home. We wanted to leave some positive client feedback concerning one of your fee earners, Mary Young ; and also for the team behind her, within the Willans Residential Property Department. Buying and selling one’s home can be quite a stressful life event. Mary was reassuringly efficient in her control over both conveyances. We were really impressed with her pro-active file management, ensuring both matters progressed at the appropriate pace. She responded to all questions promptly and made sure all administrative tasks were completed in good time. She managed both of our buyers’ and sellers’ solicitors, the estate agents and of course, her client, with aplomb. Her conveyancing reports were precise, reasonable and measured, taking care to clearly explain all legal aspects to us. Her cost estimates were accurate, transparent and reasonable, such that there were no surprises for us at the end of the process. After exchange, Willans provided a dedicated completions service. This was managed smoothly by Emily James, such that all stages of this process were accurately communicated by Willans to all parties. Thank you Emily.
