Walker foster solicitors are amazing. I used them to purchase my property and they were professional and were great at what they do. I dealt with Liz and Ian from start to finish And I could not fault them. I was worried about missing out on the stamp duty holiday but their hard work ensured we completed before the cut off date. Which I was so chuffed with as I saved a load of money and which I can now spend on my new home. As I live in London all communication was either via phone and emails. Which again I cannot fault as they were always available every step of the way which again ensured the whole process was so smooth. If I needed something explained to me, or wanted an update I’d pick up the phone and ring Ian who would explain it so well which was so reassuring and to understand as a working class chap. If your down in the south east or anywhere to be honest and are looking for a reliable, professional and great value solicitors to sort out your home purchase. Give these guys & girls a call and they will take care of the rest and leave you satisfied. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family as they are that great. I bought a leasehold property in the busiest time just before the stamp duty holiday was going to finish and the whole process took 6 weeks which according to my estate agent is bloody brilliant as most leasehold purchases can take 12 weeks to complete. Thank you Walker foster which I could give more then the 5* allowed.
