The sale was dealt with by Claire Lodge very efficiently. My only criticism of Walker Foster is that they require an enormous amount of documents to be completed before starting the sale. However I was very happy with the work Claire did.

Fast efficient service

Walker Foster limited handled our sale and purchase. Both went through with no issues in around 8 weeks and completed the same day. They were prompt in replying to emails and progress updates and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

I found my emails and queries were slow to be responded to, with me often having to chase up a response. I think responding to emails in a prompt manner would give a better service, clients should not have to chase up.

I recently used Walker Foster Solicitors for a transfer. The transfer was not straight forward and had its implication's, to which Claire from WF dealt with in a timely and very professional manner.
