Lily started working at Walker Foster in 2019 when she was just 18 as a receptionist. In 2020 she progressed to a Legal Assistant working for a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor and Director. During this time, she received training in all areas of conveyancing. She is now a Paralegal having gained experience in a range of conveyancing transactions and has completed her Level 4 Conveyancing qualifications. She is currently studying towards her Level 6 Licensed Conveyancer Certificate. Lily is now building her own case load handling a variety of property transactions and is excited to further her career here at Walker Foster. She works under the direct supervision of the Head of Conveyancing and Director of the firm, who has over 20 years’ conveyancing experience. The best part of the role for Lily is building relationships with clients, estate agents and other solicitors and ensuring her clients have a smooth, stress-free experience.
