A pleasure to work with in our recent sale and purchase
Buying and selling houses is a stressful time but working again with Sue Hartley I knew I would be in good hands, and indeed I was. As with this process there can be some glitches along the way but these were dealt with quickly and to take away any concerns in delays to the agreed completion date. House Move …
I have just bought and sold my property and Walker Foster dealt with the conveyancing. Sue Hartley was amazing. She dealt with everything efficiently and has the most reassuring manner during such a stressful process. She was available to talk on the phone each time I called and answered emails immediately. Recommend highly for any house sale and/or purchase
Sue had been recommended to us after my daughter had used her for their house buy previously. Sue was super helpful for us in what became a very long and drawn out buying process. She was always on top of everything and kept us very well informed, even if just to inform us that nothing was happening.
She was also very good at explaining everything if we didn't understand fully, and was always available if we had questions.
We would definitely recommend her to anybody else, and since we started ours our other daughter also used Sue to complete a house sale and to buy. We will definitely use her on a second house sale later this year.

Smooth Process
I was pleased with how smoothly the whole process went regarding dealing with Walker Foster. Any delays were due to delays from the buyers side though, in fairness the buyer did keep me updated.
