Claire originally joined Walker Foster in 2017 as a Legal Assistant to a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor from who she has received extensive training in all areas of Conveyancing. She has now progressed to Conveyancing Executive within the firm and is studying towards her Level 4 Conveyancing Technician qualifications. She has extensive knowledge of property law extending to sales, purchases, transfers of equity and reclaiming additional Stamp Duty Land Tax. Claire has built up a good working relationship with local estate agents, solicitors and mortgage advisors to ensure that all transactions reach a successful conclusion in a timely manner. Claire has a busy case load which is growing by the day and she works under the supervision of a Senior Solicitor with over 20 years post qualification experience. She takes pride in her work and her efficiency and attention to detail are well received. She is always happy to help guide clients through the conveyancing process. Claire strives to meet her clients’ expectations by being hands-on and by always going the extra mile. In her spare time, Claire loves spending time with her family, socialising with friends and going for long walks with her dog, Tilly.

Good conveyancing service
Overall I was very happy with the service I received from Walker Foster. It would have been helpful if some of the paperwork could have been completed electronically given that I was selling a property remotely from several 100 miles away. I would also have liked more proactive engagement - quick update emails, even to say that we were still waiting to hear from X or Y - it felt like I was always chasing.

Such a fantastic service

Great service
