ZGroup
Mark Curtis assisted a group of leaseholders with the purchase of a freehold for a block of flats.
He was knowledgeable, a good communicator, responsive to individual's questions and concerns and patient. The work was completed in a timely manner. At a different time and on another matter he provided the process and actions through which a transfer of title was carried out.

Flock and Herd commercial property purchase
We already use Zgrp for accountancy, bookkeeping and startegic advice, so using them for conveyancing on the purchase of a commercial freehold property was extremely straightforward. One major benefit was that communication between ourselves and Mark (who handled the conveyancing) and our accountant was quick and easy. Overall the process was handled extrememly well with Mark having a very calm and professional approach whenever we came up against the inevitable challenges of a commercial property purchase.
