Professional and Personable Service
Quay Legal was engaged to help with our Workplace Settlement Agreements. I was on maternity at the time, Janine dealt with my case and was very personable. discrimination case against a former employer
I can’t say enough good things about working with Janine and Quay Legal. Janine helped me with a gender discrimination issue I had with a former employer. Having done quite a lot of research and speaking to several potential solicitors, I found her advice clear, easy to understand and thorough. She helped me navigate through a daunting situation and an industry that is unknown to a “lay person”. In particular, I was struck by Janine’s clear commitment to the victim rather than the employer. This was not always the case amongst solicitors I spoke to.
Janine explained to me the financial implications of the decision to move forward and helped me structure a plan to achieve the result we agreed. She found time to meet me in person and listen to the details of my situation. In addition to being thorough and pragmatic, I found her sensitive to emotions that my case brought up for me and the confusion caused by lack of understanding of the workings of the legal industry.
Her hard work, diligence and solid advice allowed me to achieve the results we agreed on and I am grateful for her help.

Excellent service and assistance
