The service we received as a family was absolutely incredible, my mum’s case was never straight forward but it was dealt with in a very professional manner. Alicia was so understanding and helpful and was always at hand what ever the question was. Unfortunately during our time with our mums case she lost her life to cancer but the compassion shown was fantastic and Alicia helped us with the transition, she guided us through the process and explained everything fully on how we proceeded forward as it was mums wishes that we see the case through till the end. I cannot thank Alicia enough for everything she did throughout the whole case and she handled everything not just professionally but with a kind and understanding heart to our situation. Thank you again for the support you gave us and making everything easy to understand and if our mum was here today she would be over the moon with the outcome.

Alicia from the outset has been fabulous, kind, caring an compassionate. We have been working together now for 2 years on my claim. Alicia has been through in her role an hasn't left any stone unturned an has kept me updated throughout an had lead with clear guidance an realistic views on the outcome. Only reason I have scored it 4 star not 5 is the time it has taken to go through as I am still awaiting payment even though amount has been agreed. This is not just Alicia's fault but alot down to the defendant. However that would not put me off dealing with Alicia again an I would recommend her to anyone. X

I received professional, sympathetic and compassionate legal advice from Alicia during my clinical negligence case against SATH.
