The best solicitors to go with for conveyancing
I am absolutely ecstatic to say that I have completed on my first home, and couldn’t have done this without the amazing work of Russell and Russell. Kelechi and Rachel were my caseworkers, and can I just say they are incredible at what they do and completed an extremely complicated purchase in just 9 weeks. I hope Rachel and Kelechi get the recognition they deserve as the work they have done for me has been amazing and I am sure this will be the same for their other clients.
Excellent communicators: throughout my transaction they always kept me in the loop on time frames, stages and were always available to talk to me on the phone. In addition, Rachel and Kelechi are very understanding and kind to their clients and made me feel very comfortable, looked after and reassured.
Extremely efficient: Rachel and Kelechi were very fast in solving complex queries and processing information to and from parties. They completed my leasehold transaction in only 9 weeks and met my expectations which is extremely fast. It is rare to find a solicitor that does such high quality work in such a speedy manner, which makes Russell and Russell the best.
Extremely hardworking: I had quite a difficult timeframe to complete and Rachel and Kelechi put their entire effort into making sure they meet your expectations, and they met mine entirely. Property purchase (business)
I found Kelechi very efficient and easy to work with. He kept in regular contact and when the pressure was on to get things completed he worked beyond office hours on a Friday evening. He made things easy to understand and was happy to liaise by phone when things needed explaining. Would definitely use again Russell and Russell again. Many thanks
