Girlings have been dealing with my daughters accident claim for the last 3.5 years and then they took on my claim in relation to my daughters accident. Raphaelle has been exceptional dealing with my claim and I cannot fault her in anyway. She was always so understanding, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I am dyslexic so I found the overload of paperwork very overwhelming, after expressing this to Raphaelle she put me straight at ease and adapted the paperwork so it was more manageable for me to be able to understand.
