We used this conveyancing firm for both our first purchase and our recent move. This time, the process was much more complex and, unfortunately, took nearly eight months to complete, with delays often caused by other parties involved who were slow to respond. However, the real highlight was the Assistant to the Senior Partner. She was absolutely lovely to deal with—professional, kind, patient and always quick to respond to our emails and questions. Her friendly and reassuring approach made a very long and sometimes frustrating process much easier for us. We really appreciated her support and would be very happy to recommend her.

We used Batchelor Sharp for our previous house sale and purchase many years ago and found no faults. We decided to use their services again for our latest sale and purchase. Jackie and her team made a stressful period much better with their professionalism, kindness and patience. We were able to contact the team at any point, and felt we were updated as and when needed. Exchange day was stressful, but Kelly worked incredibly hard to make sure it happened. Receptionists were always polite and friendly too. The whole team throughout have been great and we would use Batchelor Sharp again if we need solicitors. Would recommend.
