Respect and compassion and understanding
Michael and his team helped a difficult emotional journey by listening and explaining each step of the process and always responding quickly to any questions. The end result gave us some justice for the neglect our loved one suffered whilst under the care of the NHS.

Mr Portman-Hann went above and beyond to help us through a traumatic time with both of my parents care in hospital and their demise. We are a challenging family and both Michael and the legal team helped us to understand that nothing is clear cut but due to their diligence we achieved so much.
