Sarah handled the probate sale of a lease hold retirement flat for us. We know dealing with service providers and land management companies can be problematic but Sarah managed to process the sale without issue to us. The sale went through smoothly and we were regularly kept up to date without having to ask for updates. We have used cheaper "Call centre" type solicitors in the past but these didn't turned out to be value for money. It is well worth the money of going to a local professional solicitor. We would recommend Sarah for conveyancing without hesitation.
