I had an initial chat with Justin Sadler, who didn't give me legal advice as such, but was happy to listen and discuss my situation. I wish more solicitors or law firms did business in this way - rather than 'give us your money first, then we'll talk.' Should I need to, I will be using him in the future.

It was one of them have a go claims from the other side taking advantage of the old provisions act 1975, However after Justin Sadler put up a fight for me which would make Tyson fury proud, they thought they could lie & bully us also try to give them 80k & it ended up at 10k & they only got that because it was a good commercial decision & basically to get them to leave us alone & Justin walked me through the best options & was very hands on with the case & clear about funding & cost. Also was more interested in the best financial outcomes for me the client and not having the estate drained, + Justin is a top solicitor & a top bloke.
