After dealing with about 5 different solicitors firms, this was the only one that could help. It was a complex case that involved another firm placing caveats on my mother house, it included an alleged fraud against my mother and a person who was trying to get half of what my mother had worked for her entire life. Rothley Law took me on board, took all the worry from me and kept me informed along the way. Without them, i was going stir crazy fighting the injustice. I approached Rothley Law regarding a will dispute for my late grandmother. Some distant relatives, whom I had never met till after my Gran passed away had systematically written myself and 2 brothers out of the will. We had our suspicions for several years and began collating evidence of this manipulation during that time. When it came to choosing a firm to represent me, Rothley Law stood out by a mile. Not only did other firms refuse to take the case, some suggested that it would be a lost cause and obviously impact me financially. Rothley however, explained that although it would be a complex case as we would have to overturn 3 wills in order to benefit from the estate we agreed it was at least worth the initial investigation, at which point I’d be able to make an informed decision as to whether or not it was worth pursuing further. It was the best decision I could have made, as with the evidence I had gathered over those previous years and Rothley’s initial investigation it was determined that we stood a relatively decent chance in our pursuit. Cori and Maaria both did a fantastic job, taking all the stress out of the situation and regularly updated me with how it was all going. The general optimism I had throughout the 2 years only increased, due to their hard work and determination. Although it was a near impossible task to overturn 3 wills (that were drawn up over a 2 year period) their knowledge of law and experience in will disputes shone through and we were able to reach a settlement that was worth far more than I could have imagined when I was contemplating challenging the validity of my Gran’s will. I could not be happier with the high levels of service provided by Cori and her team, it truly is the best decision I could have made. It is certainly something I would have regretted had I not put faith in Rothley Law to complete those initial investigations. I can now rest easy knowing that I got justice for my Gran who would have never knowingly written her grandsons out of the will and it’s all thanks to Rothley Law. Fantastic service.
