I now work within the Wills and Probate department specialising in elderly client matters including Court of Protection and Lasting Power of Attorney applications.

Grant of Probate
The member of staff was extremely friendly, pleasant and warm. In the end I felt confident that our Grant of Probate application form that I signed has been correctly and knowledgeably completed. However, there was some hesitancy in which nil rate bands to use. With more experience I expect this knowledge will be at the member of staff's finger tips.
