The help and support from Alletsons in managing recent probate issues has been invaluable. Always a prompt response and when critical, the vital intervention needed to move the situation appropriately. Very disappointing service, communication was poor at best, Wrong information was constant, Rarely answered the question in my emails, Time spent chasing NatWest was painfully slow and quite possibly cost a great deal more than what was the total in that account. Rarely kept up to date with processes, Failed to handle my complaint.
