Disappointing Service
Very disappointing service, communication was poor at best, Wrong information was constant, Rarely answered the question in my emails, Time spent chasing NatWest was painfully slow and quite possibly cost a great deal more than what was the total in that account. Rarely kept up to date with processes, Failed to handle my complaint.

A really informative consultation with Goran who was able to explain clearly and fully all about the issues I wished to discuss within the time available. Useful service and leading to a document being prepared for me to sort out the issue concerned, with someone else he recommended within same company.

New Wills
Alletsons Recently drafted our new wills. The process was straight foward. The staff were a pleasure to deal with. The whole process from start to finish was undertaken in a professional and timely manner. We would use Alletsons again and would have no hesitation recommending them.

Approachable
It was very easy from the start to speak to the solicitor and other colleagues within Alletsons. What could have been complex was not and i appreciated the support, assistance and ease of contact.

Almost perfect
I'm pleased with the very the very good, highly professional service from Alletsons. Reasonably priced for my will-writing requirements, and very straight-forward and easy to understand. only slight hiccup was there was no staff to answer the phone at lunchtime, but only a minor grouse.
