I am a solicitor specialising in family law based in our offices in the centre of Winchester. I advise on all aspects of family law including: divorce and dissolution of a civil partnership; financial matters arising from a relationship breakdown; cohabitation and separation; private children matters; and domestic abuse. I have experience in dealing with cases with multiple assets, including large defined benefit pensions, military and public service pensions, businesses, other shareholdings and properties. I can provide advice on financial claims on divorce, variation of maintenance orders and setting aside previous orders. I also have significant experience dealing with a broad range of private children matters including ones with complex elements such as relocation (inside and outside the jurisdiction), enforcement of child arrangements and cases involving domestic abuse. I appreciate that when seeking family law advice, this will be a very difficult time and I aim to reassure and advise every step of the way. I am known for being approachable and I focus on building a good rapport with my clients from the outset. My aim is to achieve the best, right and fair outcome for my clients, in the most cost effective and practical way possible. I recognise there is no one solution to fit all in family law and I will explore all available options, in and out of court, to achieve the best result to suit my clients and their individual circumstances. I am also a member of Resolution, a national family law body whose emphasis is on a non-confrontational and solutions focused approach to family law.

Couldn't have done it without them.

I was going through divorve and having a hard time with solicitors from the other arty. Paris Smith helped cut through the unecessary noise and back my corner. I was having daily panic attacks and waiting weeks for replies from the other firm, only to have to repeat myself. The proocess still tookj far longer than I imagined but I dont feel this was because of my firm, as they dealt with my replies promptly and chased the other firm to wrap things up.
