We had a very positive experience with Esther while handling a divorce and advice on division of property. She was highly organised, proactive, and always keen to move things forward efficiently. The standard of her work and level of service really stood out from the other parties involved, in a very positive way. Communication was excellent she explained everything clearly and was always approachable and happy to help, which made a difficult situation much less stressful. She also found us a very good barrister, who was thorough, approachable, and always happy to answer questions, which ultimately helped us achieve the outcome of keeping the house and other assets. Since then, we have had to instruct a different solicitor outside this company for a separate matter relating to our house, and the difference in service has been noticeable. It has really highlighted just how efficient and reliable Esther was. We only wish she had been able to continue acting for us, as we had complete confidence in how she worked and really valued her efficiency. While her fees were higher than some other solicitors, the service and outcome made it worthwhile. We achieved exactly what we wanted, and that’s what matters.
