Divorce can be a horrendous thing, especially whilst dealing with my narcissist ex. Andrew and Rebekah were clear, calm, consistent, quick to react when needed, exceptionally thorough, wonderfully supportive and with that they kept my head held high. It's tough out there. Don't mess around just call Harrogate Family Law!!! You don't need to go elsewhere.....

I would highly recommend HFL, in particular Andrew Meehan and Rebekah Maher. They both supported and guided me through a divorce that took the best part of 2 years, giving explanations throughout the process that I could understand. They were both understanding of my personal situation and my worries, they both brought about a positive conclusion. Rebekah supported me and my barrister in court when it over ran massively, with Andrew on hand on the phone in the office. I'm assuming Rebekah would have had to rearrange the rest of her day, but never once did she make it seem like an issue. Even last week after the divorce was sorted Rebekah helped me with an issue and educated me on how to manage it myself in future. Hfl in my view went above and beyond to support me through some very stressful times and I couldn't recommend them enough.

I was really impressed by the team at HFL during my divorce. They were excellent from start to finish, with excellent advice and support. As well as communicating clearly throughout, and providing superb advice, they were also empathetic and good at listening and understanding how stressful the situation was. I mainly dealt with Andrew Meehan and Emma Doughty, who were fantastic. They responded quickly and flexibly whatever happened and gave very good, calm, clear advice. Laura Mounsey was also extremely capable and efficient. A really professional and dedicated law firm.
Andrew Meehan was recommended to me by a friend who thought I would need the best for my divorce – and she was right. My divorce was a distressing process for me and Andrew's advice was accurate and I felt confident of him throughout. I also worked with Emma Doughty and both were extremely professional and friendly. It would have been easy to give up and accept a poor settlement offer from my ex-husband but they both helped me to remain strong whilst obtaining the financial information withheld from my ex-husband. I can now look back at this chapter of my life and know that I have no regrets as I received what I was entitled to from my divorce. I was also very happy with their recommendations for other professionals such as my Barrister and Conveyancing Solicitor.
