Fantastic service
We bought a house and sold two flats through Wale Adenusi at BBS Law and had a terrific experience. Wale also handled the transfer of the freehold on my flat and worked around some challenging behaviour on the part of one of our buyers. All conveyancing was carried out to the highest standard and much more quickly than I'd previously experienced. Wale even answered our emails during evenings and weekends, which I've never seen before! We would definitely recommend him.

Great service on property sale!

Great service and so detailed
I have worked with OGR Stock Denton on behalf of clients previously and always been so impressed, this was the first time of them acting for me. Wale Adenusi was so detailed and thorough and turning things round expeditiously, it was always him having to chase the other side even though it was the seller that needed this done quickly!

Wonderful experience
I have just sold a property and really didn't have to think too much about which firm to go to. immediately decided to ask OGR Stock Denton to act on my behalf in the sale. I have previously had experience of working with Michael Stock regarding a lease extension to the property eight years ago; and then with Richard Denton two or three years ago when my husband and I both made new wills prior to our marriage last year.
I first spoke to Ben Menahem who was extremely helpful in my initial enquiries and then the process was taken by Wale Adenusi when Ben left. Wale dealt with the whole process extremely efficiently and I would like to make one particular point that is really worth emphasising. Wale always responded to emails and phone calls particularly promptly. he was always there to advise and reassure me - and explain things over again if I needed a point to be clarified. Knowing that he was always at the end of an email or phone made an enormous difference to what at times a fraught experience when waiting for others in the chain of sale to respond! I would not underestimate the value of this approachability and timely response to all matters. I would also add that all 'paperwork' was clear and easy to deal with.

Conveyancing
I have finally managed to sell my flat and am very pleased with the service I received from OGR Stock Denton. Wale Adenusi ably guided me through the paperwork and took control of dealing with the ground landlords in order to obtain a myriad of additional information that the buyers' lenders required.
I have no hesitation in recommending Wale and OGR as a very 'safe pair of hands'.

OGR Stock Denton managed a conveyancing job. They were very easy to deal with, there is strong personal communication. The matter was completed on due date in exemplary fashion. I dealt with Michael Stock and mainly with Wale Adenusi. Wale is very competent and he performed brilliantly to get the matter over the line. The firm is very highly recommended for very good legal advice and service at a reasonable cost.
