We've used Adkirk Law several times for conveyancing over the last 4 years, dealing with Linda Kirk, Anna Sparrow and more recently Amie Hodson. We like the comfort of using a proper law firm rather than online conveyancing outfits, simply because in property dealings, technical and occasionally tricky legal issues can arise, and we want the comfort of knowing that our advisers will have the experience and expertise to deal with whatever comes up. I needed to refinance a project urgently, which I made very clear before onboarding. I was assured that my case would only be taken on if the team had the capacity to support it. I completed all onboarding requirements from my side within one day. Over the following three days, I emailed and called my assigned solicitor several times to ask whether they needed me to chase anything with my mortgage adviser, or if there were any blockers I could help resolve. Unfortunately, I received no response at all — not even an acknowledgement that the case would be picked up shortly. After calling on multiple occasions, I eventually spoke to the solicitor’s paralegal, who advised that the case had not yet been opened and that the mortgage offer had not been received. This was particularly frustrating, as I had specifically asked about this on day one and offered to chase it immediately if needed. I’m sure the assigned solicitor is competent, and that once focused on the case it would have been handled with care and efficiency. However, the complete lack of communication and acknowledgement of emails and calls felt unprofessional and caused me to lose confidence in the firm’s ability to meet the commitments that were promised at onboarding.

I'm a property investor and I have been using different solicitors and some are sometimes so stressful that I have to nullify the transaction on my own just to save myself from solicitor's stress but since I discovered Adkirk Law solicitors, I now enjoy investment. They are extremely perfect, lovely, professional, marvellous and they know exactly what they are doing. In, my African language, when you are very satisfied , you say kadakada. Here I say kadakada Adkirk Law solicitors. I have a remortgage coming up and I have instructed my broker that, is either Adkirk Law solicitors or never.
