I spoke to you company explains my 83 mother couldn’t do anything digitally and they assured me that was fine . When it come to the checks it was all digitally and when I explained my mother wasn’t able to do this they were most unhelpful . No advice on other solutions

When the time came for the exchange and completion things went through smoothly and had contact with our solicitor during the process.
Leading up to this was a bit stressful times with not knowing what was happening.
I would recommend them as they did get the job done quickly once things were in place.

Adkirk law stepped in very last minute when we had a mortgage offer but our current solicitor was not on panel with the lender.
