Ian Cranefield of Richard Nelson LLP was an excellent, professional, solicitor. Ian advised, helped and supported me through a 7 year legal battle that commenced in the Court of Protection, progressing to a High Court Claim and Mediation with a positive result. He kept me calm in difficult and depressing situations, with his expertise, knowledge and empathy.
