I cannot recommend Marjorie Creek and Richard Nelson LLP highly enough. Marjorie supported me through an incredibly difficult and prolonged period, and I will always be deeply grateful that I had her in my corner. Her knowledge, experience and professional judgement were invaluable, but what made such a difference was the genuine compassion, kindness and reassurance she showed throughout. During a situation that was often extremely challenging, knowing that I could turn to Marjorie for clear advice, support and guidance gave me enormous reassurance. The Solicitor that works for this firm was recommended to me by my financial advisor after the loss of a family member. The Solicitor was experienced, professional, extensive knowledge base. I contacted Richard Melson's offices in my hometown and was redirected to their immigration team in Nottingham, which benefited my case. My case was allocated to Ms Rita Kotecha and her assistant, Ms Evelyn Hulme. Together, they guided me through the UK's labyrinthine immigration system with its many forms, endless questions and requests. It took some time, but we (they) were successful and, after the few weeks we had been told it might take, my application was successful, and my Residence Visa was issued. Ms Kotecha and Ms Hulme were always available when needed, and my requests and queries were always dealt with in a timely manner. I sincerely thank them for the services.

Samantha and her assistant Trudi are an absolute dream-team when it comes to education law including EHCP appeals. The appeal process is a mine field which is expertly navigated by Samantha and Trudi. The behaviour of the LA during the appeal process makes the whole experience extremely unpleasant, however with Samantha and Trudi in your corner, the expertise and continued support they bring, gives you extra energy to get through the process.
