Tasneem Bodi one of the senior partners in the company acted on my behalf she failed to submit vital medical evidence to the opposing solicitors and basically done a deal with them after totally dismissing a medical report from one of there medical advisors even sending me correspondence stating this. I was eventually forced to settle for around 25% of the claims value even having to pay £5000 towards the defendant’s cost though I had legally won my case, Tasneem even agreed to me paying back £7000 to the DWP out of the settlement for a period that was absolutely nothing to do with my claim, Danny Barr
