On my first meeting with Phoebe, I was nervous as it's my first time. My husband was bombarding me with demands that needed 'immediate' attention and I was overwhelmed and upset and couldn't think straight. Phoebe immediately reassured me that I was going to be ok from a legal standpoint. She listened with empathy and then talked through in an easily understandable way what we were going to do (no pressure to sign), how we would do it and what the process looks like. I felt that I was talking to someone very experienced and professional but someone who also cared about me leaving my marriage in a fair and reasonable way. Great service, professional, understanding and got the job done inspite of outside factors delaying things. Always available to talk too or email and responded within 12 hrs in most cases. I was dubious about using an 'online' type service but they were really good, and when it did get called to court, locally to me,can to represent me and didn't charge for travel.
