House sale
I couldn't recommend Adkirk enough, especially Joanne, she kept me up to date with every change during the process. A very simple and efficient service, shame I can't say the same about my buyers solicitor!

Despite setbacks professional advice and reassurance always given .
It was 3rd time lucky to sell my mothers property. Made harder as POA meant more paperwork. Joanne made the whole process as carefree as she could . Excellent correspondence at all times .

sale and purchase of mccarthy stone appartment
We used adkirk law for the first time and have been very impressed with the level of service. Leashold retirement appartments require specialist knowledge and Adkirk law certainly have that. We were always able to speak with Joanne who was very pleasant and approachable throughout. Cara was also very helpful in our move also and again she was both polite and proffessional in her manner.We would use them again and will look at having our wills written there.
