    Excellent service and very efficient in dealing with completion

    I have used JP Goldman twice - once for a house purchase and once for a house sale. Jake Fielden was brilliant in our house purchase and very quick in coming back on every query and the team were great at explaining the process. On my house sale Josh Bridgeman was great in answering my constant questions and explaining the process and was very efficient in pushing through exchange and completion. Thank you

    For our recent home purchase, we engaged JP Goldman's services and their performance was outstanding. As first-time homebuyers dealing with shared ownership, which inherently complicates things, we were quite anxious about the process. Yet, the assistance we received from Jake and Dan was exceptional. Their approachability and helpfulness eased our concerns significantly. Despite the absence of an estate agent in this private sale, their communication with us and the seller's solicitors was seamless, enabling the entire process to be completed in just 10 weeks. We had a special request to move in by Christmas, and they went above and beyond to fulfill this wish.
