JP Goldman pride on communication on the website, but fail to deliver
We used JP Goldman for our house sale and onward purchase after a personal referral and good reviews online, but our experience was disappointing. Communication was poor from the start. After the initial paperwork there was no contact for 10 days, and I later learned no work had begun as payment hadnāt been requested correctly. Even once funds were paid, progress was slow and emails often went unanswered. The online app never updated beyond āfile opened 10th Februaryā and showed limited information. Our buyer eventually withdrew after weeks of delays, and our conveyancer then left the firm with no notice or handover. A new case handler, Anna, was more responsive and helped us complete after seven months in total. Mia Howard, the legal assistant, was also helpful and professional throughout. Overall, communication was inconsistent and frustrating. Based on our experience, I wouldnāt recommend JP Goldman for conveyancing

I honestly canāt thank Alysha Bates at JP Goldman enough for everything she has done throughout my house purchase. Before being assigned to Alysha, I had another solicitor who was making very little progress and was extremely unreliable, which made the whole process stressful and frustrating. From the very first day Alysha took over my case, everything changed. She called me personally to introduce herself, which immediately made me feel reassured and supported. From that point onwards, she worked incredibly hard to get things moving quickly and efficiently. Alysha was always responsive whenever I emailed with questions or needed help with anything, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Her communication, professionalism, and dedication throughout the process were outstanding, and she genuinely made such a stressful experience so much easier. I would 100% recommend Alysha and the team at JP Goldman to anyone looking for a reliable, supportive, and proactive solicitor. Thank you again for all your hard work, I truly canāt thank you enough!
