Hannah and Jake were brilliant throughout our sale and purchase. They worked incredibly hard to an expedited timeline and were key in getting everything over the line quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout, they were proactive, responsive and professional at every stage. We are very grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend them.

Christian and Allison have been amazing, always available to handle any question,and always keeping us up to date with our progress. if ever needed, we will be using them again. would definitely recommend there services.

We used JP Goldman for our House Purchase as first time buyers. Everything from start to finish was handled unproffesionally, slowly and inefficiently. The only member of the team who appeared to actually care about our experience was Mia, who was my main contact throughout this lengthy and stressful process. They were hard to contact from everyone trying to reach them (Ourselves, the seller's solicitor and even their estate agent), and seemingly reluctant to take responsibility of their poor planning. I am disabled and having to travel to their office with my spouse, just to get them to realise we had seriously had enough of their empty promises of getting things done, was exhausting and the entire process made me ill from stress. I wouldn't recommend in the slightest!

Somewhat of a mixed experience when buying a house and using JP Goldman. Pros: 1. They have an app which lets you track the status update, but it took me over a month to get it working, and the updates are not actually reflected on the app until suddenly, multiple stages are marked as completed. Missed opportunity here for the firm to embrace technology and save money – if the app gets updated then they will have fewer people phoning them. 2. Legal assistant Mia was very helpful every time I phoned and spoke to her. 3. Easy to understand fees. Cons: 1. You have to chase them by phone at least once a week to get an update. 2. Sometimes being misled about the stages e.g. the couple of people I have spoken to before being transferred to Mia misled me twice. E.g. we were waiting on the seller’s solicitor to reply to the enquiries, when in-fact they had already returned them a week earlier. Mine was a very straightforward no chain property with no complexities. As stated, it was rather a mixed review – it certainly wasn’t conducted expeditiously. I’d probably give 7 out of 10. I would use them again though I would allow myself additional time and ensure I chased them weekly.

Absolutely atrocious service from this law firm. Sitting on documents for weeks without review, not responding to emails for weeks despite escalations no action taken and no one picks up the phone to speak to. Please do not use this company.

I honestly can’t thank Alysha Bates at JP Goldman enough for everything she has done throughout my house purchase. Before being assigned to Alysha, I had another solicitor who was making very little progress and was extremely unreliable, which made the whole process stressful and frustrating. From the very first day Alysha took over my case, everything changed. She called me personally to introduce herself, which immediately made me feel reassured and supported. From that point onwards, she worked incredibly hard to get things moving quickly and efficiently. Alysha was always responsive whenever I emailed with questions or needed help with anything, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Her communication, professionalism, and dedication throughout the process were outstanding, and she genuinely made such a stressful experience so much easier. I would 100% recommend Alysha and the team at JP Goldman to anyone looking for a reliable, supportive, and proactive solicitor. Thank you again for all your hard work, I truly can’t thank you enough!
