I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Elif Gozlugol and would highly recommend her. She helped me deal with title issues relating to a previous remortgage after requested information from my previous solicitors was still outstanding, and by then my original firm that did my remortgage had closed, making the situation more complicated. Elif handled all the Land Registry’s requests and put a great deal of time and effort into chasing the information needed. Throughout the process, she was friendly, approachable and responsive, keeping me well informed at every stage.
