It’s a very big decision to change solicitors after you have felt let down by your previous ones. I decided to go local this time and rang Clements Solicitors in Ipswich. I knew from my initial phone call they were, professional and compassionate regarding my case. I initially spoke to Tom and he was honest and upfront with me which is what I needed. Equechie worked so hard towards a tight deadline so I could keep my court date. She kept in touch with me so I would know every aspect of my case. Equechie supported me at court and Linka represented me. They were both very professional and I have to say they fought for me in court to get what I deserved. Thank you is not enough words to express how I felt and still feel. I highly recommend Tom and his team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I just completed my discrimination case with Clements Solicitors and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. I had a consultation with Tom to begin with who took his time to listen and advise the areas of employment law that my case touched on, the process of employment tribunal and his expectations around outcome. I respected that he in no way made me feel pressured to make a decision right away. As this is the first time I’ve ever sought legal advice or proceedings, the process initially felt overwhelming and daunting, but Tom did a great job in making me feel like they would be in my corner. Oliver handled my case and I couldn’t be more grateful to him. He made everything easy to understand, was timely and efficient in communication and, even when I had nervous hesitations and anxiety, did an amazing job reassuring me and making sure I didn’t feel out of my depth. He took the lead on everything which was exactly what I needed, offered his expert opinion, but also took into account my wishes which made me feel like he had my best interests at heart. They took on my case for unfair dismissal and were professional and supportive the whole way though. My solicitor was a little hard to get hold of at times but overall they advised me we’ll, stood up for me and got a settlement agreed. Tom even called and sent me the settlement money at 18:30 on a Friday evening just before my partners birthday so that we were able to celebrate both his birthday and the win over the weekend. I highly recommend this company.
