I contacted Switalskis following the death of my stepfather regarding a complicated probate and inheritance matter. Although the matter is still ongoing, I have been very happy with the advice and support I have received so far. Sandra Kowalska has been incredibly kind, patient and approachable throughout. I have had a lot of questions, and she has always taken the time to explain things clearly and help me understand my options and the next steps. This has been a very stressful and unfamiliar situation for me, and I have really appreciated how supportive and easy to communicate with she has been. I have also had a very positive experience with the wider team. Everyone I have had contact with has been friendly, helpful and professional, and communication has always been prompt and clear. I particularly appreciate the amount of time and guidance Sandra and the team gave me during the initial stages, even before I had formally instructed the firm. I was given plenty of information and support while I was still trying to understand my position and decide how best to proceed. I have now instructed Switalskis to assist me further and, although we are still at an early stage, I am extremely happy with the service and support I have received so far. Within 36hrs of contacting the Probate team at Switalskis Solicitors via their website, re a Settlement of Deed, Kelsey replied to us via phone. Within weeks we knew where we stood. Sandra, Kelsey & Taylor, acted quickly & professionally, they talked us through each step thoroughly before they dealt with other parties involved.
