Leyla, originally from the South East, has made Gloucestershire her home since moving here to attend university. She graduated with honours in 2025, earning her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Gloucestershire. She is currently studying for her LLM SQE 1 & 2 with the goal of qualifying as a solicitor. In the meantime, Leyla works closely with Nigel Sims and his team in the Wills, Trusts & Probate Department. New wills

My husband and I needed to make new wills. We had no experience of solicitors in Cheltenham so decided to try Frank Smith & Co after doing an online search. We struck lucky. They accommodated us for both appointments on the ground floor as I have a problem with stairs. Nigel (Solicitor) and Leyla (Paralegal) were extremely helpful and pleasant and gave us extensive advice. The whole process was carried out smoothly and our new wills are now being stored at their offices.
