The team at Frank Smith & Co made our experience buying a property easy and enjoyable. We were kept up to date at each stage of the process and had a good relationship with our solicitor who was incredibly efficient replying to emails and helping us follow up to queries. Their attention to detail and years of experience made us feel very safe.

A comprehensive dealings of my case and clear understanding of my husbands wishes and my personal needs. In 2018 my husband and I first used your firm to assist buying our property in Cheltenham. We felt at that time a high degree of trust was established between us. This means that when I use your firm more recently I was very confident that my case would be dealt with professionally.
