Total professionalism and a great experience
We would like to give to marks to both Claire and Rachel for making our purchase experience really seamless. Working as a team, they ensured we had a very positive outcome.
We were recommended to Rutters by a local solicitor who didn't deal with leasehold properties, and what we were told was that if he was making a purchase himself he'd use Rutters. Well, we are glad we heeded his advice, as Claire and Rachel have been absolute stars! We highly recommend their services and the fees were good too. use with confidence!

I must say that Rutters' conduct of my house sale was pretty much faultless. The conveyancing was handled by Rachel Barlow and occasionally Claire Coffin. Rachel dealt with the sale efficiently, courteously, and above all, effectivley. The sale was not without some legal complications relating to rights of way. Rachel provided sound advice and found a winning solution to the problem. Despite the unforseen nature of the problem, I was not charged an additional fee- it was included in the overall fee, which was itself completely reasonable. When Rachel was not available, I was impressed by the fact that her colleagues were familiar with the case.
