Total professionalism and a great experience

We would like to give to marks to both Claire and Rachel for making our purchase experience really seamless. Working as a team, they ensured we had a very positive outcome.
We were recommended to Rutters by a local solicitor who didn't deal with leasehold properties, and what we were told was that if he was making a purchase himself he'd use Rutters. Well, we are glad we heeded his advice, as Claire and Rachel have been absolute stars! We highly recommend their services and the fees were good too. use with confidence!

Will Writing Service

My will was written professionally. Great advice was given to me. My solicitor had good legal knowledge and was very friendly and approachable. She gave me time to make decisions and didn't rush me.
I was happy with paying my invoice by direct bank transfer as it was straightforward.

Review of Amy Hennicker @ Rutters

First of all let me thank Amy for her help and assistance.
This should have been a simple transaction, but turned into a stressful and prolonged business. Mainly due once again to solicitors dragging their feet and getting things wrong. Rutters are exempt from this comment. I am grateful to Amy for keeping me fairly calm during this period, and doing what she could to ease the conveyance along. I don't know how she puts up with the rubbish solicitors put out. May I suggest, that as she is the public face of Rutters, that she is given a pay rise.
