We recently took advantage of Free Wills month having been let down by a National firm, who were inefficient and never responded to us when we needed to speak with them about matters we needed advice on. In the end we gave up with them and decided face to face with a Solicitor was the answer which was what we should have done initially. Duncan was friendly, helpful and the process was so less stressful than trying to do online zoom calls with the other firm, a good decision made and would definitely recommend. Would use again.
