A massive thank you to Mandy Brown from Lamb Brooks for helping me with the sale of my property. I flew over to Australia earlier into the year which I thought was going to be awkward to sell the property, but Mandy’s great communication and drive helped me complete the sale. It was a stress free sale knowing Mandy was on my case giving me regular updates on how things were going.

I have used Lamb Brooks on several occasions over the years and this business venture was conveyancing. Mandy Brown and Amelia Cox kept me updated and even when the other solicitors involved decided to have a throwing their toys out the pram moment Mandy kept her cool and we completed despite their tantrums.

Lamb Brooks helped us through a tortuous conveyancing process lasting over 5 months! Amelia, in particular, was great in chasing down delays from our purchaser and, along with Mandy, providing guidance and explanation of the weird and wonderful legalities we encountered (like chancel repair liability).
