Success, Success!
Mr. Nick Berry (Senior Litigator) and Yes Personal Injury Lawyers accepted my case when two other well known firms refused it. I guess the case was too difficult or as I suspect not enough commission was on offer. Throughout the proceedings which we won, Mr. Berry was direct, thorough and very professional in making me understand what the procedure was and what we needed to do to succeed in what lay ahead of us. I knew the case was a small one and I admired the firm for taking it on for what I would like to believe was because of justice and not for huge amounts of commission, I will be forever grateful to Mr. Berry and Yes Lawyers. My sons case
Recently been going through a case with nick berry and i can honestly say he helped me all the way through, put me at ease, helped me with anythin i felt uneasy with or that i may not of understood, always got back to emails promptly and also kept me in the loop the whole way through i can 1000% recommend them and nick berry if you happen to have the priviledge to work with him to do an excellent job and help every step the way. Exceptional Service
I am so grateful to have had Nick Berry at Yes Personal Injury lawyers handling my case. This was my first time making a claim and I was very nervous in doing so, but Nick was friendly, professional and took the time to really listen to me and address any concerns I had. It was an emotional rollercoaster for me but Nick was patient, kind and understanding and of course very knowledgeable. His advice was sound and he always had my best interests at heart. My case has finally settled and I have received a great outcome which I'm so happy about. I would highly recommend him and should I ever need a personal injury lawyer again (hopefully not!) I won't hesitate to give him a call.
