Fozya began her career in business before transitioning into the healthcare sector, where she worked closely with vulnerable individuals, including the elderly. With a deep passion for helping others, Fozya was driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. After gaining an understanding of the needs of vulnerable individuals, she decided to pursue a new challenge and return to study law as a mature student, blending her healthcare experience with a fresh focus on legal matters. Her healthcare experience has been invaluable in her role as a Private Client Solicitor, where she works closely with clients to navigate sensitive issues like estate planning, wealth protection, and end-of-life matters. She also completed a Dementia Awareness course, which has further deepened her understanding of the challenges faced by elderly and vulnerable clients, allowing her to approach these situations with genuine empathy and care. Before joining the Probate team at Langdowns Limited, Fozya worked in Family Law and Residential Property, where she honed her skills in offering thoughtful, client-focused legal advice. Fozya is meticulous about time management and is always focused on finding the best solution for her clients, whether it's a complex legal issue or a simple question. What sets Fozya apart is her ability to bring a personal touch to her work. With a strong foundation in both healthcare and law, she’s able to offer practical and compassionate guidance to her clients.
