Rob with the help of Foyza are both a well prepared team, when it came to handling the process of my mothers Will including all the various probate checks, tax implications and inevitable chasing up of the numerous authorities. The agreed cost to handle this was fair, and matters were concluded within 9 months.
I am happy to recommend Rob and Foyza, and with anyone who wishes to discuss further the use of their service.

I was looking for an alternative to the big 'all-services' firms of solicitors and so was very pleased to find Thomas Simpson who specialise in wills and related matters. Rob Simpson is helpful and approachable and made the process of settling my will (put off for some time!) very easy. I now need to set up a Lasting Power of Attorney and will use him again. Very happy with the service and the price.

I cannot speak highly enough of my dealings with this firm. I dealt with Hilary. She was knowledgeable,efficient and friendly. I am.homebound as she visited me at my home in Winchester. She explained everything I was concerned about. With a husband in a care home with dementia,I had various concerns. All this was dealt with with extreme competence. I will certainly use them again and can wholeheartedly recommend them.
