Dealing with Estate Administration can be relatively straightforward, sometimes it's a total nightmare. Unfortunately I have experienced both over the past few years, and have not a clue had I would have got through those periods without the help of Robert Simpson. The first time I spoke to Robert I immediately felt that he was someone I could trust - and he spoke to me in layman's terms - so I had a better understanding of what had to be done, the options available, time frames involved, etc! I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Rob and Fozya were knowledgeable, easy to deal with and very organised when dealing with my father's UK probate which followed on (upon their recommendation) from a Hong Kong grant of probate. It was reassuring having them follow through the whole process, keeping me updated while I was in another country. This was the first probate I have had to deal with but I would not hesitate to go back to them in the event that I had to deal with another UK probate in future.

I was looking for an alternative to the big 'all-services' firms of solicitors and so was very pleased to find Thomas Simpson who specialise in wills and related matters. Rob Simpson is helpful and approachable and made the process of settling my will (put off for some time!) very easy. I now need to set up a Lasting Power of Attorney and will use him again. Very happy with the service and the price.
