I was looking for an alternative to the big 'all-services' firms of solicitors and so was very pleased to find Thomas Simpson who specialise in wills and related matters. Rob Simpson is helpful and approachable and made the process of settling my will (put off for some time!) very easy. I now need to set up a Lasting Power of Attorney and will use him again. Very happy with the service and the price.

I would highly recommend Rob Simpson. Rob sorted my late uncle's estate for me. He was efficient honest and very compassionate. His quick thinking when there was a major problem saved the day. Without him there would have been no estate. I can't speak highly enough of his services. He will be handling mine and my Husbands affairs in the future. Following the sudden death of my dad in January 2020 , I enlisted rob from Thomas Simpson solicitors to sort my dads estate for me , to make matters slightly more complicated my dad didn’t leave a will , but from the start rob has been very professional, things went very smoothly due to robs expertise, and within 5 months probate had been granted and any loose ends tidied up , I would not hesitate to recommend Thomas Simpson solicitors

The estate was complex but Robert and his team were very professional and knowledgeable to secure the best outcome for myself as administrator and my siblings !
