Having agreed to sell my business. The rest was made so easy by Stephanie, Rhys and Gemma and the team. We had just 4 weeks to complete and we were able to do this by the constant contact. Rhys bent over backwards to be helpful and even sent a document that I requested at 10am at night within minute. I can not thank them enough. If I were to constructively criticize it would only be that they know the process and often the clients did not and a gentle reminder of the stages and what is required would have assisted. Chris and Samuel advised me on the sale of my small advice business to a larger national firm. I was very naïve in the process (having never sold a business before) but I found both of the people I dealt with both patient and helpful. They did what they said, when they said they would do it and kept me informed at each stage. I was very happy with the service that I received and I felt the fee was very reasonable for the amount of work that they had to put in.

When we decided to transfer our financial planning client bank to another firm, we needed a solicitor firm to undertake the legal work. Initially I contacted a firm I knew but after meeting with them, I wasn't sure they were a good fit. I was then recommended to Tyr Law and specifically Chris Blantern and Steph Watkiss. All I can say is they were fantastic. They produced and updated the relevant agreement documents efficiently, they replied to questions from me without delay, and their guidance and advice throughout the whole process was first class. They kept to the very reasonable fixed price fee and did everything they could to move the transfer process forward as quickly as possible. I cannot praise them highly enough and would strongly recommend them to any other financial planning or financial advice firms who were looking to sell their company or transfer their client bank.

As a small business going through an acquisition by a larger company, we came to the table with little understanding of the legal procedures necessary. Tyr was excellent throughout, explaining everything clearly, being very responsive to queries and patient with our (probably obvious) questions. The service was provided at good value, and staff members (Samuel especially) were always available and willing to help. All round we felt we were in good hands.
