    Business Sale

    Chris and Samuel advised me on the sale of my small advice business to a larger national firm. I was very naïve in the process (having never sold a business before) but I found both of the people I dealt with both patient and helpful. They did what they said, when they said they would do it and kept me informed at each stage. I was very happy with the service that I received and I felt the fee was very reasonable for the amount of work that they had to put in.

    I recently sold my accountancy practice and used Tyr as the solicitors to assist me. Although I had been involved in the sale of a couple of my clients' businesses, so I had an understanding of the process, they made sure I was kept fully informed every step of the way. They had my best interest at the center of what they suggested and where there were choices presented them clearly explaining the benefits and disadvantages of each. Their work on the documents seemed of a high standard compared to the other party and they were always turned around quickly after consultation. All interaction was dealt with without the need for face to face physical meetings although online meetings were held. All staff I dealt with seemed aware of the details of the transactions and were always friendly, clear in the response and timely. I would not hesitate in recommending Tyr to anyone that is looking for a reasonably priced, efficient solicitor.

    Excellent service for a small corporate transaction

    As a small business going through an acquisition by a larger company, we came to the table with little understanding of the legal procedures necessary. Tyr was excellent throughout, explaining everything clearly, being very responsive to queries and patient with our (probably obvious) questions. The service was provided at good value, and staff members (Samuel especially) were always available and willing to help. All round we felt we were in good hands.
