Without wishing to pour too much scorn, we have never known such inept communication or lack thereof, from someone employed and paid to support you through complex legal matters, such has been the case with Ross White and his team at Pitman Blackstock White. We decided to go for a local solicitor to deal with our legal issues and boy was that a mistake. The icing on the cake was a bill that no-one was able to decipher. What a shambles!
