Since qualifying in 2017, Luke has worked for a variety of law firms at both local and national level, helping thousands of businesses, developers, charities and individuals with their commercial property needs. Luke’s areas of specialism include landlord and tenant matters, sales and purchases, acquisition and disposal of farms, bare land and estates, lease grants and renewals, licenses to assign and sublets, strategic land and planning contracts, and commercial financing of land and assets. Luke particularly enjoys working with farming clients and providing practical solutions and support to farmers looking to utilise their estate for a variety of farm diversification projects, such as renewable energy developments including solar farm and battery leases. Luke prides himself on providing clear and practical advice with an awareness of the client’s business, sector, and economic needs being at the core of his advice. He has an eye for detail and can see the bigger picture regarding the commerciality of a transaction. Out of work, Luke enjoys travelling which includes visiting his family in Perth, Western Australia. He is also a keen golfer with a handicap of 6, and can usually be found on the golf course.

    We asked the solicitor if they could prioritise our work due to the seller's time constraints. Understandably there was a reasonable surcharge, but we were able to obtain efficient communications throughout the process. We were never side lined and we successfully completed on the property in good time.

    we were due to sell our property at the last moment our solicitor closed without any notice we were less than 2 weeks away from a deadline Luke stepped in ! A true SUPERHERO. He started new file from scratch and delivered the completed sale before the deadline expired . His skills in communication are second to none .Throughout the process he called/emailed continually to keep me ikeep me updated as to where we were , His secretary was also so efficient . 5 star service throughout Highly recommend.

    Creation of a short term licence

    At short notice we needed assistance to create a short term licence for a third party to rent part of our community sports club facilities.
