We recently had the need to challenge an unfair electricity contract which was offered to us via a cold cooling strategy. The costs will have a major impact on us funding high value items such as the carpet that has a limited life. We employed Jamie Dyson to work on our behalf to remove us from the deal or negotiate exit penalties. Jamie understood the limited funding of a small bowls club and worked hard for a resolution. After a long litigation case against former Landlords; we were given all the help needed to get the result we needed. The late Chris Wills began working on the case, with Jamie Dyson and Kirsty Dare seeing it through to conclusion. We cannot thank Kirsty, Jamie and everyone else involved enough, they all worked incredibly hard, were very professional yet still giving that personal touch. With some firms it can all be a bit too corporate, not the case with Scott Richards. This was a difficult case, at times frustrating with how the other side were behaving - but we were given all the support needed to see it through to conclusion. We have no hesitation in recommending Scott Richards for all legal services.

My son has recently purchased a property at auction and used the service of Scott Richards team, I have got to say I never thought it would get to the dead line of 4 1/2 weeks however the team Paul, Jamie Alice and other staff made this possible, they all went above and beyond to help him get there and I am very grateful to them, I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone I work in estate agency and have our own solicitors BUT I dont think any other solicitor would have got him passed the deadline.
