I asked Scotch and Richards for a quotation for carrying out the exchange on an property that I was purchasing and they came in exactly as what they quoted they were very competitive on their price and kept me well informed and everything went smoothly

They answered the phone promptly. Calls were returned when promised. They did a task in a highly professional manner within a restricted timeframe. The cost was reasonable & competitive. Staff were friendly & easy to deal with. They totally justified my decision to go with a local practice rather than a "Major". What more could you ask ?
