Excellent advice
I needed help in terms of child contact with an ex partner whom I have a non molestation order on but he keeps breaching. I have tried to facilitate contact through a third party but unfortunately, that has made things worse. Anesha came highly recommended by a colleague and she was absolutely brilliant clear cut on my options and what steps could potentially come next. Child Arrangement
I’m extremely happy with Anesha’s work so far on a child arrangement order that she’s currently representing me for in court. She is extremely professional, very easy to speak to and gives great reassurance which I have needed a lot over the last few months. I would highly recommend her.

Anesha Pavaday
Anesha has managed a fairly complicated family matter, covering a wide range of disputes from non-molestational to child arrangement order. Her advice has been at all times well measured and prompt. Anesha is extremely friendly and able to put you immediately at ease, that is what you would look for when you are going through a very difficult period. Very reasonable on pricing too. I never felt the need to ask for a detailed cost breakdown as it was very clear that a lot of work was being done in the hours billed.

Divorce Matter
I was always worried in how to proceed with a Divorce and felt lost and scared in what to do and how to start the actual process. I was introduced to Anesha Pavaday from the company. The first time I met Anesha, she was very supportive, empathetic and took care to make sure I was not overwhelmed by all the information.
Anesha restored my confidence and her personable nature is a big part of why I was able to proceed with a Divorce after years of being anxious and delaying.
Because of her professionalism and empathy, I was confident to tell family and friends to use the same company for the same services.
I can guarantee if it was not for Anesha, I would have backed out of the Divorce proceedings because of anxiety and fear. She has always put my personal feelings first.

Excellent support during false allegations and child arrangement order
I was faced with allegations of domestic abuse(and not seen my children in 9months) and subsequent Child Arrangement Order applications including Specific Issue Orders. Since Anesha Pavaday took on my case, I immediately felt confident about her grasp of the issues facing me and straightaway she provided the most pragmatic, calm, honest and reassuring advice. She was empathetic yet exceptionally professional at all times.
