I was extremely worried that my child will be taken out of the country without my consent by my ex-partner. I contacted TV Edwards Solicitors seeking help and legal advice. I was worried, nervous and lost. Anesha Pavaday contacted me within a short time and listened to my concerns. she acted with an extreme sense of urgency and did not leave a stone unturned. Anesha was guiding me even in out of office hours making sure all the relevant bodies are contacted while she was doing the prohibited order/Port alert work from her side, which it was granted by the court within 48hrs. all of this was done without asking me for an upfront payment. she put my child safety first before anything. I was given documents without knowing what was going on, i was panicking, pressured and very upset. Aneesha took my case and she has been smashing it. Aneesha strategy and the passion she shows in helping her clients is what sets her apart from the others. She has helped me a lot in a short space of time, and at a time i felt so helpless she gave me the hope to keep fighting and it will work out in the end. Very professional and will never not answer or pick up the phone when you call. I would send urgent emails out of hours and would still get a response. Anyone going through a family law matter I would 100% recommend Aneesha as she will show you compassion and help you understand the situation better before setting out a very detailed plan of action to get things sorted. I needed help in terms of child contact with an ex partner whom I have a non molestation order on but he keeps breaching. I have tried to facilitate contact through a third party but unfortunately, that has made things worse. Anesha came highly recommended by a colleague and she was absolutely brilliant clear cut on my options and what steps could potentially come next.
